RETURN POLICY on Durable Medical Supply Items (excluding PAP machines)

 

Bluepoint Medical Associates guarantees quality medical supplies to each of our patients. We do however understand that each patient is different and has their own individual sleep needs. If you are not satisfied with your medical supplies, we will accept a return on the unopened item(s) for a full refund or credit back with the insurance company within 30 days of the purchase date.
 

  • Each item that is returned must have a serial number or a UPC.

  • All returns must be unopened and in its original, untampered package to qualify for a refund.

  • Returns that are opened or tampered with cannot be accepted. No refund on account will be given.

  • We DO NOT accept returns on any item returned past 30 days of the purchase date.

  • If you choose to exchange the unopened/unwanted item(s) you will be charged a flat fee of

  • $10.00 for Shipping and Restocking. Please Contact Us prior to the sending back your supply item for details of your exchange.

RETURN POLICY on Cleaning Equipment/Supplies

Bluepoint Medical Associates offers cleaning equipment and supplies to all our PAP users. There are no shipping costs for the purchase of the cleaning equipment and all sales are final. We will accept a return on the equipment if it has been unused and in its untampered original package.

 

  • Returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • All returns must be unopened and in its original, untampered package to qualify for a refund

  • There is a $10.00 fee for the return shipping label.

RETURN POLICY on PAP Devices

No returns will be accepted without a prescription from a patient’s referring doctor to stop the PAP therapy.
